We’re looking for someone with a great work ethic, solid kitchen experience, and a love for early starts and great produce. This role is perfect for a chef who enjoys the craft and wants to be part of a friendly, ambitious team. You’ll be handling breakfast service, along with vital prep that supports our line chefs – think fresh bread baking, doughs, stocks, sauces, Sunday lunch prep, and more. It’s a chance to be a real backbone of the kitchen, without the late-night finishes. 40 hours per week, 7am - 3pm, Wednesday to Sunday (every Monday/Tuesday off).
