We’re looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team and help make mornings memorable for our guests. You’ll take the lead on our breakfast service, working closely with our Head Chef, Jack, and using the best local ingredients to create simple, seasonal dishes that are full of flavour. This is a great role for a chef who enjoys early starts, has a calm and considered approach in the kitchen, and takes pride in thoughtful cooking.
