What we expect from you
As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll take charge of your own section day-to-day, working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain high standards and deliver great food. We’re looking for someone with good experience, a love for proper cooking, and a real commitment to doing things well. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career, with lots of training, development, and progression opportunities across our group.

Jack plays hard but works harder. A very talented chef, and full of youthful zeal, who has been earning his spurs at The Beckford over many years. He’s now set to gallop in the kitchen, if that is possible, or indeed allowed.
