The Beckford Arms are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to work as part of their team under Head Chef, Adam Bristow. As a Beckford Chef you will not only be part of the local community but also our growing portfolio of pubs, inns and restaurants – with new openings planned in the immediate future. In addition you will also have the support network of other Chefs within the group and access to our new "Chef Series" - workshops, supplier visits and knowledge sessions focused around feeding our Chefs passion for food. Tucked away on the Fonthill Estate in the picturesque village of Fonthill Gifford, this beautiful and stylish pub with rooms, has a great reputation for fantastic food made with the best of local produce – fish landed daily on the south coast and meat and game from local farms.
