As Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the General Manager to lead the team and deliver exceptional hospitality every day. This is a hands-on role where you'll be visible on the floor, supporting the restaurant, bar and hotel operations while leading by example. You'll inspire and develop your team, maintain consistently high standards and ensure every guest receives a warm, personal and memorable experience. We're looking for someone with previous management or supervisory experience in quality hospitality, excellent communication skills, a calm, positive approach and a genuine passion for food, drink and looking after people.
