What we expect from you
As Assistant General Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in leading the team and ensuring smooth operations across the restaurant, terrace, wine shop, and bedrooms, delivering warm, intuitive hospitality throughout. You’ll lead by example on the floor, motivate the team, uphold excellent standards, and help drive the site’s success. We’re looking for someone with strong hospitality experience, great communication and organisational skills, a passion for relaxed yet refined hospitality, and a genuine love of good food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences.
