As a bartender at Teffont House, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience – welcoming, confident and calm under pressure, with a genuine love of hospitality. We expect you to have previous experience working behind a bar in a quality restaurant, hotel or similar environment. You’ll understand the importance of consistency, pace and presentation, and take real pride in every drink you serve. You’ll be comfortable working with wine, beer and cocktails, with a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge further. Strong product knowledge, attention to detail and an interest in sharing recommendations with guests are all key.
