You'll be cooking thoughtful, seasonal dishes with produce sourced from local farms and suppliers we know and love. Our food has character - honest plates, beautifully cooked - and we’re proud of the atmosphere we’ve built: relaxed, warm, and genuinely welcoming. We’re looking for someone with some kitchen experience (ideally in pubs), who is curious, steady under pressure, and keen to learn.
