This is a hands-on role for someone who combines a strong understanding of wine with excellent hospitality and commercial awareness. You’ll lead the day-to-day running of the shop, look after our customers and make sure everything from the shelves to the service feels considered and welcoming. We’re looking for someone with a real passion for wine, an excellent eye for detail and the confidence to share their knowledge without ever being intimidating. You’ll be organised, personable and commercially minded, with previous experience in wine retail, hospitality or a similar environment.
